It always amazes me how many different varieties of birds land in my backyard. These are some of my favorites.

I'm always amazed when I remember to stop to take in some of the beautiful plant life all around us. I also find it fascinating how they communicate and integrate with their surroundings. Some of my favorites are tropical plants and those found deep in the jungles.

                 Wonderful place to meditate. I've been drawn to this place year after year. I love California.

Located in beautiful Golden Gate Park the de Young is always a treat for me to spend time. The architecture of the building, the lily ponds and palm trees that surround it. Then once inside the artwork is just fantastic.

Great variety of art and one of the most distinctive interiors in the world to take it all in. I'm looking forward to my return visit.

Visiting the de Young is a source of inspiration for me, viewing so many different worlds. I will post more images from upcoming visits to the de Young.
